I'm putting it all out here on purpose, on my own terms, so nobody has to reconstruct it later.

This is a collection of things I actually think. Vignettes, essays, observations. No schedule, no newsletter, no analytics. Some pieces make an argument; others just describe a moment and leave it there. The topics wander, but the filter is the same: if I wouldn't say it at a bar, it doesn't go here.

None of this is content strategy. It's closer to a public notebook from a specific person with a specific eye. If something here is useful to you, good. If not, that's fine too.
